Privacy at a glance

RadLog is local-first. You can track studies without an account, and that information stays in your browser's local storage. Cloud backup and community features are optional and require signing in.

Information RadLog handles

Local data may include dated CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound counts, residency dates, goals, prior aggregate totals, and preferences. If you sign in, Supabase stores your authentication identity and a private cloud copy of exact daily entries. If you join the leaderboard, resident standings show your nickname, training year, and aggregate academic-year score. Your approved residency program is retained for possible future aggregate rankings but is not currently displayed on the Community page or beside your resident identity.

What stays private

Daily dates, modality details, goals, streaks, achievements, and imported prior-year batch totals are not published on leaderboards. Reports submitted about leaderboard entries are visible only to authorized moderation workflows.

No patient information

RadLog is not designed to store protected health information. Do not enter patient names, identifiers, accession numbers, diagnoses, images, or other clinical details.

Service providers

RadLog uses Supabase for authentication and cloud data, Google or Discord when you choose those sign-in methods, and OpenAI Sites for application hosting. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Control and retention

Export or restore local data from Settings. Signed-in users can delete their RadLog account and associated cloud data from Settings. Account deletion does not erase local browser data, allowing you to export it or continue in local mode.

Security and changes

Reasonable technical controls are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may change as RadLog develops; the effective date above will be updated when it does.

Questions

Use the RadLog support tracker for general questions. Do not post health, account, or other sensitive information there.
