Terms of Use
Effective July 26, 2026
Purpose
RadLog is a personal productivity tracker for radiology study counts. It is not medical advice, a clinical system, an official employment record, or a substitute for records maintained by your residency program or institution.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping access to your device and sign-in account secure. Do not enter protected health information or other patient data.
Accounts and community participation
An account is optional for local tracking but required for cloud backup and leaderboard participation. Community information must use an appropriate nickname and an approved residency program. Do not impersonate others, manipulate totals, automate false entries, or misuse reporting tools.
Leaderboard scores
Scores are self-reported and calculated from exact dated entries stored privately in your account. Imported batch totals do not count competitively. RadLog may restrict, hide, or remove accounts or rankings that appear abusive, misleading, or technically invalid.
Your data
You retain responsibility for your data. You grant RadLog only the limited permission needed to store, process, back up, and—when you opt in—display the public leaderboard fields described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and warranty
RadLog is provided as available without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular institutional requirement. Keep independent records when accuracy or continuity is important.
Changes and termination
Features and these terms may change as the service develops. You may stop using RadLog at any time and signed-in users may delete their account from Settings.
Questions
Use the RadLog support tracker for non-sensitive questions or concerns.
